Abraham Kromah
Chief Executive Officer
- Abraham Kromah serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Marketing & Client Services at Wayve Capital Management, overseeing business development, client relations, and fundraising—focused on the firm's presence and outreach.
- In addition to building the Wayve Property Group division, specializing in real estate, Abraham's expertise goes beyond traditional roles, significantly contributing to Wayve Capital's public and private equity strategies.
- With significant sales experience, particularly from his tenure at CBRE, Abraham was part of CBRE’s Northeast Industrial & Logistics team, contributing to the team’s transactions totaling $3.1 billion in 2022.
- Wayve Capital's focus on industrial service businesses in the private equity sector aligns seamlessly with Abraham's knowledge of warehouses, flex, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. His proficiency in lease negotiations plays a role in structuring favorable terms for the success of targeted businesses.
- During his time at CBRE, Abraham concentrated on industrial tenant representation for local and global corporate clients, handling site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, acquisitions/dispositions, and build-to-suits. A Duke University alumnus and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), he actively contributes to industry growth.
Glenn Williams
Chief Operating Officer
- Glenn Williams is a seasoned financial services attorney and investor, leveraging over a decade of experience in private equity, venture capital, and real estate. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, non-bank lenders, corporate borrowers and private equity funds in over $25 billion of complex syndicated finance, restructuring, and M&A transactions.
- As a Principal at Value Investment Group, Inc. (VIG), a family office specializing in alternative investments, Glenn managed a diverse portfolio, including investments in NBA franchises and disruptors like Turo, Instacart, and Signos, with successful exits such as Airbnb, Nobull, Udemy, and Lyft. Glenn's financial acumen, combined with his legal expertise gained during his time at DLA Piper and Alston & Bird, significantly enhances Wayve Capital's capabilities. As an alumnus of Duke University, he also contributes as a board member of the Durham Devils Club Inc., the official collective dedicated to Duke University Sports & NIL while also serving on the Board of Advisors at his alma mater, Washington & Lee School of Law. In his role at Wayve Capital, Glenn oversees all operations and focuses on middle-market opportunities within our private equity offerings.
Rhys Williams
Chief Investment Officer
- With over three decades of experience in asset management, Rhys effectively managed assets valued between $1-2 billion in public equities from 1999 to 2017. He previously served as the Chief Investment Officer at Columbia Partners, overseeing its acquisition in 2017. Subsequently, Rhys joined Spouting Rock Asset Management as Chief Strategist, where he successfully incubated two equity investment strategies now exclusively available through Wayve Capital Management.
- Rhys is widely recognized for his insights and contributions to esteemed financial media outlets, including CNBC, Bloomberg, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), and The New York Times. His commitment to financial excellence is underlined by his CFA® charter holder status. Rhys is responsible for managing institutional equity allocations in large cap and SMID-cap strategies, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University (magna cum laude) and a Master of Arts in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
Jeron Davis
Principal; Private Equity
- Forbes 30u30 honoree, Harvard Business School MBA candidate, Jeron Davis began his career on Wall Street as an investment banker at Citigroup where he worked on high-profile deals such as the $4.6 billion and the $2.2 billion LBO of Petco and CenturyLink, respectively. Mr. Davis was recognized as a high-performer before venturing into middle market private equity, where he began investing over $200 million of committed capital.
- Mr. Davis has invested in middle market companies across various industries. Most notably, Mr. Davis closed the acquisition of Pro-Vac, a hydro-excavation firm based in Seattle, WA. Since being acquired, ProVac has nearly doubled the size of the business. Pro-Vac’s bottom-line has significantly increased via add-on acquisitions, ERP system upgrades and utilization rate improvement. Moreover, Mr. Davis was elected to join the Board of Directors for Community Youth Advance, a $2 million non-profit in the DC metropolitan area, as the youngest member in the Board’s history.
